The Calhoun County Democratic Party and The Cleburne County Democratic Executive Committee are co-hosting an evening of politics, friendship, and support for democratic candidates in Alabama on Thursday, Oct. 25 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Oxford beginning at 6 p.m.

Speakers include Alabama Democratic Party Chairman Mark Kennedy; Judge Bob Vance, who is running against Judge Roy Moore for Chief Justice of the state Supreme Court; Lucy Baxley, a candidate for President of the Public Service Commission; Freddie Rubio, a prominent Hispanic Immigration attorney; Al Henley, president of the Alabama AFL-CIO; Lillie Ledbetter, a local icon, and a couple of surprises to be announced.

A table for 8 can be purchased for $500. Couples can purchase 2 tickets for $75. Individual tickets are $40.
