The Solidarity Sing Along is now in its seventh straight month of daily singing in Madison, Wisconsin. The Tea Party showed up this week. The singers remained peaceful, according the text on this YouTube video.
The State Assembly is back in session, and citizens, exercising their right (by state statute) to document an open session, brought cameras to the Assembly gallery. They were removed from the public place and arrested by State Troopers.
This is activism folks. If we are going to win against Republicans who want to destroy unions, trash the environment and destroy democracy, these are the kinds of actions that will be necessary.
