Postal Workers Endorse Earl Hilliard for Congress
December 1st, 2009The Birmingham Area American Postal Workers Union, Local 303 and the International Office of the American Postal Workers Union officially endorsed State Representative Earl Hilliard, Jr. in his campaign to fill the open seat in Alabama’s 7th Congressional District left when Artur Davis decided not to seek reelection to run for governor.
