A yellow-rumped warbler [Dendroica coronata] stopped by the backyard birdbath on its way south Tuesday afternoon, and I had the Nikon set up and ready.

A male house finch [ carpodacus mexicanus] joins the party.

Then, a family of Eastern bluebirds [Sialia sialis] make an appearance…

Splish splash, what?

    Thanks for Sharing Glynn. i have 9 of 27 species who hang on here for dear life that don’t migrate.
    And the Winter is coming on strong ~
