Hundreds Show Up in Birmingham to Protest Anti-Union Republican Policies

Daryl Dewberry and his United Mine Workers stole the show at the “We Are One” labor rally in downtown Birmingham on Monday, after the union pulled a day of mourning for workers’ rights and shut down coal production across the state. “These colors don’t run,” Dewberry said. “A wrong to one is a wrong to all.” (Full story to follow).
