Fred Thompson now represents an independent group of rich Republicans called The League of American Voters who lie about political issues to raise money and influence the political debate.

The right is good at this. Remember the lying Swift Boat Veterans for ‘Truth’?

The left needs to get into this business, big time.

There is a move afoot to launch a court reform movement here. Factual, provocative, truthful ads should work just as well as misleading ads.

I can’t stand this woman, Kagen, mainly because of what she did to Don Siegelman: advise the Supreme Court not to hear his appeal.

Also, she has no record on which to be judged, probably the least amount of any appointee ever. She obviously feels she’s too brilliant to be bothered with reading the appeals brought before her.

I wanted to see somebody on the Court who is not from Harvard and not from the Northeast.

That little butterball will be with us forever and ever and it makes me sick to think about it.

  2. Glynn Wilson Says:

Well, Senator Jeff Sessions tried to stop her. That went nowhere.
