The propensity for Alabama to win help with projects such as EADS is greatly diminished. Artur could have brokered a deal but demonstrated a lack of leadership and statesmanship. With unemployment on excess of 11% in Alabama, the "tanker" jobs will be greatly missed! EADS is trying to benefit Alabama.
