What was the "Bean-counter" ad for Patrick Cooper?
"GIVE WHITE PEOPLE A SECOND CHANCE?"
Perhaps this might work for Artur.
What a disappointment!!!
He really did NOT serve his constituents--
but he may have tingled and thrilled Spencer.

Again, it's probably really bad strategy on Davis's part to run as a faux Republican in the primary. Republicans won't be voting (presumably) in the Democratic primary; the voters who show up for both primaries will be the respective bases.

Maybe Davis should just run in the Republican primary? Heck, lots of people have run, in Alabama, on both tickets at different times: Richard Shelby, Fob James, Parker Griffith, etc. Why not Davis?

And that would make it simple for him to explain his voting record, too.
