Snow Expected in Middle Alabamaland

There’s a slight chance of snow late in the evening, then snow is likely after midnight in Middle Alabamaland. And there’s a slight chance of snow early in the morning, according to the National Weather Service.
In fact, there’s about a quarter of an inch of accumulation already by midnight, at least on top of the Chevy van, although the forecast calls for snow accumulation of less than one quarter of an inch. Lows in the upper 20s. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of snow 70 percent.
