If they don&#039;t, they&#039;re going to dump it somewhere and that will cause problems for whoever lives nearby, whether it&#039;s in Alabama or Utah or Nevada.

Some smart individual and/or environmental company out there needs to come up with a way to render coal ash, and other similar wastes, non-toxic. Surely there is a market for that, especially if enough people raise hades about getting the stuff dumped near them.</description>
