In “Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay,” President Bush smokes weed with Harold and Kumar and helps them escape the bumbling Homeland Security Department, which charged them as terrorists for having a “bomb” on a plane, even though they only had a “bong” on the plane…
