Martin , longtime of DC &NR ,and Her Flametopness our current Alabam Supreme Court Chief Justice, Ron Sparks is someone I've never heard anything or read anything about that smacked of the usual vulgarities of our politicians and civil servants in this state.Have I been upwind of such mumblings , or is his reputation that of a good fellow? THere are still some excellent quality people even at upper levels in DC&NR , and at almost all the lower levels in most state and local agencies. Like James D.
