Re-establishing morality as a central basis of governance and administration of justice is one of the pledges of President-elect Obama. Siegelman's case is the prime example of the total lack of morality and ethics on the part of the soon-to-depart Bush administration.

By no rational, moral, ethical or legal standard did Don Siegelman do anything wrong or commit any crime. It is high time that this travesty of justice be reversed and Siegelman's innocence established on the record.

Cheers to Glynn Wilson and Jill Simpson for fighting the good fight on this. Cheers to Don Siegelman for his patience and his trust that, sooner or later, truth will win out.
