		<description>Unfortunately, many people just don&#039;t understand the English language as evidenced by the number of people towed at the Tulane-Alabama game in Tuscaloosa.

If you park against a NO PARKING sign and don&#039;t understand why you were towed, how can you understand the complicated intricacies of the electoral process?

Lincoln was correct; you CAN fool some people all the time, and more often, the fools rule.</description>
