The Nation Magazine Joins ACLU in FISA Suit

July 11th, 2008

The Nation magazine has joined with the ACLU in a lawsuit filed in the US District Court of New York challenging the constitutionality of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008, according to Peter Rothberg.

Nation editor Katrina vanden Heuvel’s Editor’s Cut shows why the magazine is suing the government on behalf of itself, along contributions from writers Chris Hedges and Naomi Klein.

The ACLU site shows how you can support this legal challenge.
