The Black Warrior Riverkeeper non-profit group is having a Holiday shopping party Thursday, December 7, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the group’s office at 712 37th Street South, Birmingham, Ala. Free food and beverages will be provided.

The group is raising money by selling stocking stuffers and holding a silent auction featuring EA Games, Don Stewart Art, Red Rain Environmental Store, Hunter’s Cleaners, Higher Ground Organic Coffees, Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps, PRADCO Fishing, Knight and Hale Outdoor Products, Southern Progress and Teva products.

Also, while supplies last, the group is offering a free Teva music CD which contains 17 songs from bands such as The Rolling Stones, My Morning Jacket, etc. with the online purchase of a LARGE Black Warrior Riverkeeper T-Shirt (longsleeve $15 or shortsleeve $12).
